To register new students please pick up a package at the school office. 
You will need to bring with you the following:

1. Birth Certificate
2. A current shot record.
3. Proof of residence (SMUD, PGE, Cable or lease is accepted)
4. A  completed physical form for kindergarten/1st graders.
5. A completed dental form for kindergarteners.

If you have trouble finding any of the above items please still come and start a registration package. 
We will assist you with locating missing information.
